Great view over the monastery. Comfortable bed and decent shower.
The man who actually checked us in when we returned to the hotel in the early evening was much more polite. We had requested rooms with views over the monastery and although he said at first it was not possible, he did then accommodate our requests as we were staying one night only.
We arrived a bit too early to check in. The chap on reception was not welcoming and quite rude. He begrudged storing our bags till later, even though I had requested this when I made my booking.

Location was excellent, and free parking
Only one outlet in room (need a converter which there was only one outlet it would fit in.) When checking in, problem with charge and desk clerk not very pleasant when asked to correct it, told we were wrong. Finally admitted to error and corrected it
