Love the palace! Everything was fantastic. The restaurant staff were impeccable. Food was flawless. Loved everything and would return!

The clerk at check in NEEDED A HUG. She should be reminded that she works in the hospitality industry and at the front desk, is the face of the property. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and she put on a clinic of how NOT to welcome tired guests. It took a lot for me to not lash out at her rudeness but unlike her, I'm a professional. Hey, maybe she was having a bad day; NOT my problem. Maybe she is unhappy at her job; then end your tenure there and find another position somewhere else. A smile and friendly greeting goes a long way.

Everything but the service at the restaurant.

Just one person at the restaurant. Slow service and average food.
