Amazing view ,very good location,amazing staff 🥰My bath’s plug was broken,I reported reception, they did go to the shop and bought the new one . I had a lovely bath. Thank you very much 🙏

Breakfast was fine but staff were poor
Asked to use the sauna and Turkish steam room but neither was working and the customer service was poor

Hotel and staff were good. On arrival we were shown to our room and there was 17 steps to get to it and no lift. It was a fabulous room but for people in their seventies access was poor. When we contracted reception we were allocated a different room with lift facilities but it was a smaller room and not as nice. Both rooms were on 5th floor but first room seemed higher 17 steps higher.
This is not a beach front hotel. In order to get to public road by the shortest route there was 55 steps and at night time it was double that because a back gate closed at 8pm. Taxis were a must if you were not a fit person. Your description of the hotel location was not accurate. Breakfast was good but the same every morning.
