Just in Love with the Place .Staff simply Amazing people .Food.Cleaning.Facilities 5*. Fire place was burning some wood made the atmosphere so cosy Drinks Mojitos and Tequilla Sunrise were amazing the Snacks Prego was delicious Caldo Verde spot on and the breakfast had everything we could ask for. Room with an amazing view we did not stay with the Balcony one but the sliding windows to the River on our room was lovely to sit and relax watching the boats and wild life. Voltaremos sem duvidas.

Lovely room with everything we needed except for milk to have with coffee. Amazing views. Great swimming pool.
Sofas in bar/lounge area are dirty and need a good clean.

the location was wonderful: a tranquil setting on a forested hillside on the edge of the lake with beautiful walks. the room was very spacious. the hotel was comfortable, with lots of public spaces and terraces overlooking the lake. the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fine, though unfortunately not a buffet as advertised.
the lack of insect screens on the bedroom window meant that - given the nearness of the lake - we were severely bitten if we wanted the room aired; unfortunately, and this matters because there is nowhere else nearby to eat, the quality of the evening meals in the restaurant was mediocre and did no credit to what is otherwise an excellent hotel.
