The room was so comfortable and the bed was equally as comfortable..the staff, especially Francisco was very helpful..the bar staff was polite and accommodating ..breakfast was excellent

Non-hotel guests at pool, although there is a sign that hotel pool is for guests, non- hotel guests smoking and using glassware as ashtrays! Pretty uncomfortable if you can’t move to another location due to crowded conditions!
