Here the staff makes the difference: everybody was absolutely nice, polite and very helpful - the best part of the hotel definitely, I've really loved them! Located few steps far away from the lake, bike rental service close, clean pool. Rooms: sound proof, spacious and quite clean. Food: wide range of selection, well prepared by the chef, quality of ingredients was OK-adequate with prices. I didn't use sauna or gym services. Ps. I celebrated my birthday there and the hotel made me a gift and put globes in the room... It was a very nice surprise! Thank you so much!
I would appreciate a cleaner moquette in the room (there were big spots and stains), a temperature of the room a bit warmer than what it was and a more cleaned WC. But that's because I'm really pretentious :-)

Location was great, staff was nice, view from my room was nice.
The room was surprisingly dirty, stains on walls and floor. Bathroom was okay though.

clean, comfy beds, great location in Bled
the bathrooms are a bit outdated, the elevator was in and out of service during our stay

I liked the most the stuff, young Miss Lea at the reception. She is utterly helpful and nice and polite
The windows were very old, and the heating didn’t work, so we had to switch rooms. Given all these issues, we felt the price was too high for the overall experience.

"The location was very close to the lake, breakfast was really good and plentiful. Swimming and jacuzzi were a bonus after lots of walking"
