It was on our way from Croatia to Moldova and we had a great one night sleep. The hotel is old but renovated, there are nice amenities in the bathroom. We arrived late so it is confortable they have the reception desk opened.

Location and breakfast were good.
The room furniture, bathroom and amenities are really old. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, 3 at most

The amenities are great. The rooms are very nice and big, nice comfortable furniture.
I love that they have dressing gowns and sleepers.
The breakfast is also really good.
And the staff are fab - very kind and helpful.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was perfect for business, very comfortable, daily cleaning. Amazing cookies !!!!!

My 3rd time in this hotel. Short stays.
All in all, as previous times, I am pleased.
Very kind and friendly staff. The room was big, warm and very OK. Toiletries, sleepers etc all in place. Comfy bed.
Maybe the shower head can be changed, as I guess was calcified.

The reception was very nice! Very nice staff there!
The control panel of one of the elevators looked completely detached from the wall, a bit of a safety issue + the showers could be cleaned better from all the stone formed especially around its taps.

Good business style of hotel in the main street of Arad.
Is located in the main street near most of the important places of the area.
Staff was kind.
The bathroom had a bit of mold and rust, which gave a dirty feeling
and the shower does not has a full curtain or door, just 1/4 of a wall so when you take a shower you end up making a big mess in the whole bathroom
