Hotel facilities.
The restaurant was poor. Soggy food that was not warm and seemed microwaved.

Very comfortable rooms and beds, very good breakfast, professional and helpful staff, enjoyed the spa and the balinese massage. Location close to a beautiful park with traditional houses, also good to start various bike trails. About 10 mins by car to city center. Will certainly return.
I wish the pool was open, but it is now being renovated.

Some staff friendly and was able to get gluten free bread every morning quickly from the kitchen. Breakfast and coffee was good quality. Hotel was grand and clean and the spa facilities were really nice. Bar man very friendly!
Pool closed. Some staff very grumpy (majority very nice).

the staff was very friendly and welcoming
the room had the toilet broken - the flush would not stop and also the door to bathroom could not be closed. the door knob to the toilet was broken.
