The comfort and conditions of this hotel surpassed our expectations. It provided a clean room with plenty of space, comfy beds, a warm blanket, extra pillows, a mirror (besides the bathroom's), toiletries, a bidet, and a hairdryer (very nice for people with longer hair). There was a safe in the bedroom and a small fridge. The bathrooms looked brand new, and the shower was accessible to people with special needs. Another very nice thing is the soundproofing of the bedrooms (I've been to other places where you could hear the elevator going up and down). Breakfast was quite yummy, served from 7-10h30, and I personally liked the coffee quality quite a bit.
This is not really a complaint, but it is important to respect the checkout time (midday).

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s quiet, comfortable, all the amenities worked, breakfast was good and it’s perfectly located for Camino walkers.

Great location. Nice two bedroom suite on the 8th floor with great views of the Christmas celebrations on the main town square. Helpful receptionist. Good cappuccino at breakfast.
Very run down. Needs major renovations.
Breakfast was disappointing. Hot food was cold. Bread wasn’t fresh. Fruit salad was covered in little flies.
