nothing was really that great , my wife enjoyed the spa , the bar staff in the sally gap were very good the room was very nice and clean and well presented , but you would expect that for the price

the service in the breakfast was terrible , and food wasn't anything special the service in the sally gap wasn't great , the food was slow and the steak i had looked like it was sitting for 30 min, was completely dried out , the table service wasn't up to standard at all , waited 1 hour on the main course the music in the bar was very good and the bar staff behind the bar were good when checking out the girl never so much as asked how was your stay , just check your bill and pay basically my wife had a bottle of prosecco and strawberry's ordered to the room for 630 after her spa treatment , it never came we had to call down again to reception to get it taken up , it arrived at 650 !

Nice staff , great property , fabulous location . Beautiful room , great food , clean , good shower , good bed .

The food offering was not great: dried out vegetable for breakfast, tasteless and hard scrambled egg, coffee with a scum on top. Dinner in the bar downstairs was not great; food gras & toast in particular.
