it served the purpose.
It was transformed into a self check-in but the process is too complicated. It sends you outside of the booking.com site, which is not nice. The external site is very slow, badly configured and structured (you cannot amend some of the information already input). I had to call customer support to properly finalise booking and check-in.
The "small print" about tourist tax, was very small: it is not obviously stated that the tourist tax is to be paid separately, so when occurs at check-in time, you feel a bit betrayed.

It was clean and quiet
Difficult toget hod of anyone, there was no buffet breakfast. The Rome was empty. There was no food or drink I could find, and no information on it

No one to talk to on site no site representative - and hidden charges for taxes and other services written agreement only available until after check in - . And the advertisement does not give an accurate description of the premises
