This is a wonderful hotel set in beautiful and tranquil grounds. There was a really good atmosphere, mainly thanks to the very friendly and attentive staff.
I stayed in one of the villas with a plunge pool and it was fabulous. The veranda was well designed for privacy and was comfortable to relax in.
The hotel has a few friendly cats, who are always happy to be petted and a couple of them came to my room garden to visit me every day.
Overall, I had such a great time here and I’m looking forward to staying again already.
Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at SriLanta Resort and Spa. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially Lisa, who was very welcoming and made sure everything was well taken care of.
Nothing major. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location in the south, a little more quiet than the north with lots of good bars, restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and check-in / check-out were super quick and easy. They were also able to help organise a taxi when checking out.
I missed the fact that the rooms are across the road from the street, however there is an access tunnel so you can avoid the road and walk in the shade.

Friendly staff try to help us as best as she can.
The hotel changed the room I had reserved without informing me in advance. I only became aware of the change when I arrived at the property to check in (around 8pm).
The hotel explained that the original room ( The Myth ) was located too far away, so they decided not to open it and give us The Cloud suite instead. However, this room was still shown as available and could still be booked on Booking.com. If the original room was unavailable, I should have been contacted before arrival and given the option to accept an alternative room.
The hotel staff assured us that we would receive a refund for the price difference within 14 days through Booking.com, as we had been downgraded to a lower-category room.. until now nothing has happened :)
The bathroom door was hard to slide shut.
