El desayuno incluido y super completo. La opción de la cafetería para cenar algo sencillo y la terraza exterior. Los trabajadores muy amables todos.
Le falta modernizar un poco las habitaciones e instalaciones. Aún así es bastante cómodo, camas cómodas y baños con todo lo necesario y mampara

Del alojamiento nos gusto la ubicación, lo reservamos precisamente porque estaba en un punto idóneo para hacer las rutas de senderismo que teníamos planeadas.
Diría que el desayuno tampoco está mal, pero para ser un servicio compartido con el hotel de 4 estrellas, no te hacían el café y el de la cafetera que había salía super aguado.
Resaltar que al menos la limpieza de las habitaciones y el personal de limpieza es bueno.
Por lo demás, diría que al hotel se le han caído las estrellas. Muy mal cuidado.
En general, no nos ha gustado el alojamiento.
Llegas al spa (lo reservamos en parte por el spa) y el jacuzzi estaba averiado, además de sucio. La sauna también averiada y además, niños jugando en la piscina del spa… Cuando buscas el spa para relajarte.
Sobre las instalaciones, el baño viejo las camas más de lo mismo, los colchones y las almohadas muy incomodos.
Pedimos una cama de matrimonio y llegamos y habían dos camitas.
