Super fun for group holidays

Great location. Our group stayed across 3 villa types and believe the 3 bed villa was the best value. Happy hour and room service is great. Highly recommend the in- villa BBQ. Food was excellent. We had 26 people at the 5 bed villa for a birthday. The staff were amazing, cake was divine and we had heaps of fun with the karaoke machine.

Floors are extremely slippery when wet. Not really deal for elderly or young children. I also felt that although the rooms were serviced daily and kept neat and tidy I question how sanitary the cleaning was. I felt the toilets were not properly disinfected even though I made a note of this to housekeeping.

Just what we needed. Beautiful surroundings and super luxurious villas. The location is 10/10.

The choice of food on the menu was broad and consistently good. The staff are so friendly. We really appreciated Kris as her attention to making us happy was brilliant. She couldn't be more helpful or understanding.

Nothing to complain about. Everyone at the resort makes you feel welcome and they are super helpful.

Friendly staff. Villa was nice but just not very clean & “new”.

Very friendly staff from the front desk to the buggies drivers to the waiters & waitresses at the restaurant. Love the lemongrass shower cream & body lotion provided.

Feel that the villa wasn’t super clean for a 5-stars rated resort. Cob webs & dust can be seen, stain marks in the toilet bowl, sewage smell in one of the room, toilet flushing not so effective. Blinds in the rooms can’t wind up/down the shades for privacy. Wine opener was rusty. No toilet in the living room. No hand soap in the living room.

Great. Would be very happy to return.

Everything was great. The staff were amazing. Villa was incredible. Bedrooms were huge. Bathrooms were huge. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast each day with lots of choices.

Location was a little out of the way, and with teenage kids I didn't like them walking from the main street to the resort on their own. The resort definitely does try to accommodate for this, and this was definitely only a minor downside.

Great place, very close to everything and excellent staff!

I loved the location to local places such as Motel Mexicola. The staff were exceptional. They were very attentive.

location and style of repairs is lovely staff are really welcoming and genuine always there to help

the location and staff were great the villa was a great size plenty of scape for our family

the bi fold doors to the living space didn’t work at all one actually broke and so we had to squeeze through a small gap to enter and we couldn’t close it properly so mosquitoes entered at night that was the only downside it would have been nice to open up the space

Very highly minted options for Indian guests. Basic tea preparation very bad.

No buggy service for guests when they come from outside. The property is quite a walk from the main road and very difficult for elderly and kids. Should have that service

Great for family and friends.

We had a fabulous villa. Great size pool in the middle. Beds are comfortable and we loved the outside bathroom. shuttle buggies can take you up the drive to street. Perfect for family and friends. we will come back again.

they have a great size kitchen but no cleaning things like cloth and tea towel.

Absolutely fantastic stay.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful, it feels very Bali. The restaurant has beautiful food and very reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are lovely and clean, We were in a five bedroom Villa - just gorgeous.

It's a little further back off the main road than I would have liked but it does make it very quiet.

Exceptional service with a welcoming smile

The staff at Peppers could not have been more friendly. Every person we came into regular contact with learned our names and used them whenever we interacted with them. Special thanks to Asini, Kris, Ketut and Indra for their exceptional service. Our villa was incredibly spacious and any small problems were dealt with so promptly. The included breakfast was excellent (buffet plus a la carte), as were the lunches and dinners we ate at the resort after long days of walking/shopping.

I cannot think of a thing.
