Great location, comfortable stay, beautiful hotel.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room service was fast and hot, and the food in the restaurant was very high quality. It is in a very accessible location, and close to Central Station which is very convenient.

It might've just been an off night, but the staff in the restaurant were not the best coordinated, food and drinks that weren't ours were brought over to the table multiple times, and it did feel like they were constantly asking us if we wanted anything else, to the point that it felt like they were just there for money.

Great central location with insta worthy rooms.

Aestheticly this hotel was so cool. The rooms were really clean, well designed and felt modern without being bland and boring. Location is fantastic. We walked to the GOMA and the Southbank parkland. We travelled with our young children and it felt like a safe area to walk with them, even in the night. Parking was off site but close enough that it wasn't an issue and it was really good value for money.

The room felt a little under stocked. We had 4 people and there was only 2 cups for tea.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Everything was there that I wanted and in very pleasant surroundings with lovely wall murals. Can't fault.

Little upset at how long it took to return the fee. The fee which is held in case of damage done. It was held a little too long in my opinion. Apart from that excellent, with wonderful staff. Also the hotel is very central to everything.

Quirky boutique hotel in great location

Convenient location, excellent desk staff, delicious Japanese-inspired food and decorated to suit the occasion even with a special cocktail.

Lovely and comfortable night away.

Great location with an easy walk to Suncorp Stadium. Room was lovely and the bed was huge and comfortable. They even provide you with ample milk to go with your in room tea and coffee which was a great surprise. We also found a brilliant little bagel shop downstairs which had excellent coffee and breakfast.

While this isn't a massive issue, the fact that there is no on site parking is a little annoying. Paid parking is close by, but with the one way street situation in Brisbane, it takes a bit of time to park and then head back to the hotel.

Great location, reasonable gym, friendly staff, good breakfast

Receptionist should have pointed out that an extra $50 per night would be added to the payment at checkin before processing the credit card transaction. This could’ve cost me expensive bank charges! More variety of breakfasts is required. 4 days in a row of pretty much the same breakfast became boring.

Hotel Indigo is centrally located and has an excellent breakfast buffet and well appointed room facilities.

Central location, clean room, good shower and toiletries. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Quiet landing and three lifts for patrons. Duty staff on exit good.

No A/C, door to room on an angle so difficult to negotiate with luggage, not shown to room and no information in room., consequently did not know that the toilet door was two way so thought I was stuck when I couldn’t grasp the little latch. The lights went off each evening when I was working and had to walk to the door for them to come back on. The room service menu could be improved. Not a fan of Japanese food.

Parking a pain hotel good no fuss

I didn’t realise when booking that the parking offered was at a different location and that I’d need to drive my car there (parking station $36 for 24hrs). It was tricky as PIN code given didn’t work either to put car in and take out. Stayed for proximity to walk to Suncorp Stadium for Paul McCartney Got Back concert.

Very good

Enjoyed the "arty" aesthetic of the hotel, the bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet.

The low lights in the bathroom would not turn off, resulting in a disrupted sleep.

Funky and fun, great location.

Location was great and really close to the bridge we needed to cross over to get to Southbank.

The room was a bit small, and there wasn’t much privacy with the bathroom. Were we a couple it wouldn’t have been an issue, but trying to shower with your friend in the room and a sheer/see through shower door was a little bit awkward.

Such a nice little hotel - rooms have a bit of an industrial vibe, great decoration. Staff were lovely and the breakfast buffet was incredible.

Good place to stay , but when it come to the parking side l asked was it available if we used it , as every other place l go if you use it you pay , we didnt use it once and got charged , l feel l was miss lead and l was upset that the service l got when talking about was terrible and didn't care , I would not stay there again as l feel l should of been given a full credit for not been told clearly how it worked ,

Fabulous inner city stay, highly recommend!

My husband and I spent three nights at Hotel Indigo and it's a fabulous little hotel. Great location, fabulous rooms, staff were all very friendly and restaurant was great!

Great room, loved the quirky decor

Really friendly welcome... Rooms were a fair size for a city hotel and well laid out for a family sharing. Decor was quirky (one of the reasons we booked but things don't always live up to website photos). Location was fine, but it is a bit of a walk to the river/park for little legs
