I already know what benefits come from staying at this location in the past so Ramada Encore continues the quality and reliability I need. Location is everything, but experience elevates any accommodation, which Ramada Encore provides.

Spacious, clean and conveniently in the middle of all places
Tv in room didn’t work first night
Second night we asked staff to fix it
Tv in lounge didn’t work well we had to ask staff to come fix it
Oven was very slow to work both nights
Dryer would beep and stop working
After an hour we called staff to come fix it and they had us empty the container full of water
