A great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The location is fantastic being right in the heart of the city / Queen St with easy accesibility. I had a very easy going and stress-free stay with a clean room, a wee view from the 17th floor, comfortable bed. An extra bonus was not needing to pay a deposit, so everything was very smooth and easy. Definitely recommend.

Location is great, very small balcony but was nice for the flow of fresh air.
Very small room, it was a bit noisy people walking past and yelling from the street (we had the balcony door open) but I guess that's what you'd expect when you're in the middle of the city

Very central location, good size rooms for the price, and friendly staff!
The bathroom is a wet room style shower so everything gets very wet

Great location
Staff on front desk made me feel a nuisance and as if I was disturbing their time at every interaction. Every time we interacted (check in, bag collection etc.) the staff said minimal or no words to me and was a completely uncomfortable experience. Stains on my sheets, balcony door open when I checked in, dirty shower curtain, terrible smell from cleaning products.
