The location was good, right in town walking distance to Sky City Casino etc. The room itself was great and clean, once we got there. Washing machine and dryer was also great to have.

The check in experience was terrible. Mid afternoon on a Friday, no one was there, took about 30mins before anyone turned up. The complimentary breakfast is misleading. It's only for one person. We got 2 baby juices, 1 apple, off curdled milk (pics below), two pieces of toast, 1 small yoghurt and some spreads. We choose this place because of that. The picture on the site shows 2 continental breakfast so I guess that makes you believe that's what you're getting, but it is not.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance from the Intercity bus station, and the Victoria Street where many good restaurants and cafes are located.

The room is not clean. In fact; it was so dusty that it was a real challenge to people even with just mild allergy. There is also no on-site support. The front desk is virtually staff-less. One must call to the reception desk so there’s no immediate help.
