Comfortable room & super comfortable bed.
The room did not have a smart TV or was connectable to the internet, thus no TV streaming. Guests kids were left to run around the hotel & hall ways. Very noisy.
Hotel getting a little tired now.

The room was lovely clean and comfortable, we went out that night for dinner so didn't use the pool or gym
Our room was 313 at the end of the passage and next to the door to the pool. The door to our room was not soundproof so every time the passage door opened and shut it sounded like it was in our room.
There were a couple of families at the place so they were up and down and in and out, doors banging and kids laughing and talking and also parents just outside our door talking so it sounded like it was inside our room. It did go quiet about 9.15
I did mention it to the reception when taking the key back. NOT the noise of the kids as they weren't being over noisey but that no one should be in that room when busy and there were plenty of other spare rooms to have put us in. He just said well it get likes that from time to time.
