Quiet place

Nice pool. Big rooms. Close to the beach. Very friendly staff.

Masaage saloon was smelly and additional bed in the room was charged extra (it was not visible while booking the place). Food could be better.

Great! Except for the cockroaches.

Beautiful facility with a very friendly and helpful staff.

As much as I would like to leave a positive rating, the giant cockroaches coming up out of the bathroom drain were just too horrifying. Relaxing and sleeping were problematic to say the least.

prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding!

Wij waren hier voor 1 nachtje op doorreis. Prima bed. Dicht bij de winkels en restaurant. Prima prijs kwaliteits verhouding.

Er was geen kluis op de kamer. Maar daar heb ik dan ook niet op gelet bij het boeken.

Great 3 bedroom Villa - Awesome place for singles, couples and families.

Great place to visit as a group of couples or singles. Had an awesome time in this villa. They use WhatsApp for all communications and it makes life much easier. You can order food and drinks via phone. Good breakfast options in the morning. Close to many areas - shopping strips, convenience stores, SPA's (massage) Welcoming staff. Great place to stay - we took the 3 bedroom villa.

Walk. Swim in pool. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

I was in a pool villa, it was quiet, spacious, bed comfortable, very tasty food. The location made it easy to visit spots around Kuta, Seminyak etc. All the staff members greeted you with a big smile. Big thank you to the 3 staff members I saw the most, Ms Sri, Ms Armini, and Mr Sucita, I miss you all! Thank you to all the staff.

There was no steps into the pool, just a ledge to step onto, so had to be real careful getting in and out. For people with bad legs, it would be a problem.

I definitely would not recommend this hotel

pool only for they were working by the pool and mashing a lot of noise

the hotel is not a 4 star it’s around a 2 it’s shabby and needs refurbishment breakfast is limited you can only order 1 dish which is really strange

it was nice. friendly staff and my children enjoyed their space

we lived in the villa so it was nice to have own pool which was good size and good depth. the staff were very friendly and wanted to help wherever possible. big pool was also nice.

the villa is quite outdated and felt not so clean most of the time. the air con did not work for the first night so we were very hot but they replaced it the following day with a new one.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent value and very clean.

The location is great, it’s very quite tucked away from the main area of Seminyak. Quick walk to Seminyak shops. The Villa was spacious and clean, the private pool was huge!

The bed was too firm for me, but I do prefer a more plush mattress.

Very average accommodation and majority of staff could not care a flying flap.

The villa was nice but a little dated.

the pathway was uneven big trip hazard and our mothers could not get in the pool as no stairs or ladder. The villa was a huge walk from reception. no telephones. breakfast was always over cooked and cold. no safes in room.

this property was worth spending our 3 nights in Seminyak. the location was perfect and the food was great. Shout out to Krishna and team for taking good care of us during our stay. Overall a perfect stay 🙏🏻

Location, walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafe, potatoes Beach club

The room aircon is not cold at all. Facilities lack of maintenance. Don't even accept us to leave our luggages just for a night even we offer to pay for the storage fees. Making us very troublesome to travel. Staffs with "fake smile " not genuine

Nice stay and very helpful staff

very calm property. the staff were very nice and helpful. you could order your breakfast in the room which was nice. the pool was nice and you get a 15 mins massage when you check in which was amazing.

it is a little far from everything. you have to get grabs to get around, you can’t walk to get to the center. there are no safe in the rooms, they provide a safe option at the reception. the breakfast options were limited.

Amazing Location, Outstading Staff, great facilities.

The staff will go the extra mile to make your stay the most fantastic experience. We had an issue with the plumming of our villa and were upgraded to a better place. They also organised free transport for all our guests. 15 of us stayed in the complex, and we had an amazing time.

The only thing I could think of is the Gym, it definitely needs some love, new machines and some good weights.

went for a one night stay between villas and got eaten by mosquitos.

the pool was beautiful, bed was comfortable

the rooms were outdated and run down, i stayed with my two children and the room was riddled with mosquitoes.

Friendly and accomodating staff, fantastic location and loveable private villa.

The private villa and the location of the complex in the heart of Seminyak.

The loss of power for hours one night which resulted in a loud electricity box and non-working air conditioner.
