We enjoyed our stay. The staff very very kind and provided us with a complimentary plate and birthday cake as it was my little one’s birthday, the gesture made his day! Thank you!
The floors and the play area (indoor) were very dusty and not very clean.

Amazing service and very convenient experience. Everything ran smoothly from the beginning with early check in and accommodation at checkout with our evening flight. Everything felt very calm and service was excellent through out. Room was comfortable and clean with all facilities working well. The beach was clean with good service and good food. We were able to find everything we needed through out the day. We didn’t use the pool due to preference.

The beach and over all cleanliness was good.
Big hotel so it was a bit crowded. We asked for an extra bed for 3 times and it wrrived at midnight while all of us were asleep and the bed was broken. They fixed it and applogi3: the next day.
