Lovely staff and a fantastic location! Hotel is decorated very well and linens were nice and clean.
We really appreciate having a kettle with tea and coffee in the room too. Lots of places have done away with this but we were very glad to have had the ability to make a warm drink in the room.
Would have loved the option to have a double bed - it wasn't listed as a possibility, only double rooms with two single beds. Especially as a couple, the option would have been nice, even at a higher price point. Though the two singles were placed together they slid apart very easily.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great - right in the centre of Lillehammer. Breakfast was really good - a wide selection of good quality food.
The hotel was having some work done on the outside - scaffolding everywhere so no view at all from the room other than scaffolding. The reception staff were not as welcoming as others we have experienced on our Norway trip. The room was smart and looked newly done but was small - no desk, no kettle and not a lot of room to move. There is however a large lounge area down by reception which you can sit in - it was quite popular because of the room sizes.

Good breakfast.
The room was plain and ok. So was the bathroom, but both were cold, especially the bathroom , probably well below 20 degrees celcius.
