Great secure parking for a city centre hotel. Reception excellent. The room was great, good facilities, comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast was very good too.
The adjacent parking was good, but it was a distance to carry luggage to the reception. I had an Exec room in the adjacent tower block. Again, it was a pain to carry my luggage from reception to my room. I'm relatively fit, most people would be bugged by this, especially if you're infirm or have small kids.

A basic hotel with good beds. Friendly staff. Close to station and castle gardens.
No kettle or cups in the room, not everything was as clean as we hoped. Quite noisy.
Only key pads on doors which is harder to use when your eye sight is poor.

Very convenient location to train station
Rooms have been better in the past .The bottom of the shower was glued together and there was a thick layer of dust behind the room door.
