Big room with plenty of storage, comfortable bed and very clean. Tea and coffee supplied, friendly staff and felt safe. Check in and out was easy and central location

The staff were very helpful even when I mucked up my dates for stay the staff help me sort it out for me , very easy to find and only few mins from train station , even with my mobility scooter had plenty room to move

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. There was a desk with a lamp and a separate surface for my suitcase. There were drawers and hanging space. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold choices, including vegetarian options. For a budget hotel, I thought this was excellent value for money.
The entry space is used for reception, sitting and breakfast and has very limited natural light.
My bedroom had lots of natural light, but the view was rather industrial.

The Staff were great
The bathroom was very smelly, we had to keep the plug in the sink and the door shut. It was very hot in the room and lacked ventilation
