The place is extremely clean, modern and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfy and pleasant to be in.
The surroundings are beautiful and you can get to the city quickly with public transport.
I had the feeling there was always something lacking.
The indoor pool was a little cold and a little shallow (ca 1.30m deep).
The restaurant doesn't have fix working times for dinner - we arrived at 9pm and the kitchen was already closed. When you do manage to get in, the menu is an odd mix of Italian, Austrian, Oriental and Thai cuisine which didn't really make any sense. The breakfast is certainly not worth the 25€ per person we paid.
The bar was decent, but, again, it closed early for a bar (12am).

The room had no tea/coffee making facilities and the bathroom lacked privacy.
