We had a wonderful stay and would especially like to thank the chef for his professionalism and genuine care. He listened very carefully to our medical needs and made sure that our gluten-free diet was never a problem. The attention to detail and care taken with every meal made us feel safe and very well looked after.
The entire staff was also extremely attentive, involved, friendly, and open to our needs.
For anyone looking for a hotel that can accommodate a gluten-free diet, this is definitely a place to consider. The menus were carefully adapted, and we never had to worry about finding suitable food.
And, of course, the location is absolutely wonderful! It is a beautiful setting that makes the whole experience even more special.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated your care, professionalism, and kindness!
We honestly have no complaints. Everything was well organised and the staff was very attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The pools, ammenties and the staff were great, everyone was very nice and helpful.
The distance from the beach was minimal and while there weren't too many sunbeds on the beach we never had an issue finding one arriving after 9 am.
The gluten-free options lack in variety at least on the side dishes department. No sweets aside from the ice-cream was gluten-free.

A big choice food.
The food was often not very hot. The all inclusive package of drinks and food was only limited to the hotel and not the whole complex, including no drinks at the beach bar.
I had to park outside the hotel and I was blocked in by another hotel resident on leaving and had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be moved.
