Schöne Lage, schlechte Zimmer

Idyllische Lage auf einem alten Schlossgelände mitten im Grünen

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr teuer dafür, dass das Zimmer sehr veraltet und teils auch schlecht gereinigt war. Das Essen war gut, allerdings auch nicht gerade preiswert.

Personeel is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam Restaurant personeel zeer gastvrij Ontbijt is compleet

Brandalarm ging meerdere keren omdat een gast rookte op de kamer Combinatie met opvang, of je doet opvang of je doet vakantie gasten. Het is storend als je voor je rust komt.

Amazing family room. The biggest we have ever had! It was like a 2 bedroom apartment size. Very calm and comfy.

A beautiful hôtel, poor service and room ...we will not come back again

Room too small for this price, no spacieux, no chair, no room and no table, no AC, service in the restaurant very so so, nonchalant, réception not welcoming

Probably not to be repeated if I come to Eerbeek again to see our Dutch friends.

The area and grounds are pleasant. The staff were friendly. Dining room and food was good.

I booked having seen on-line photos of reurbished rooms in the main hotel building. I was extremely annoyed when we were allocated a room upstairs in a nearby building, as there was no lift and my wife currently has sciatica making stairs a problem for her. To be fair, the receptionist was able to relocate us to the family roon on the ground floor of the same building but, it was still a difficult walk to and from meals in the main building. The carpets used are depressing and the pattern makes them look worn out. I was extremely disappointed that we had been shunted to an out building.

Good location lots of stairs

Location nd weather

I have heavy luggage and the give me a room in 1st floor in the outside building with no help to put my luggage up (Lots of narrow stairs).

Good for a really short stay

Very nice area around the hotel, great location, clean room, friendly staff.

Would be nice to add some shampoo in the bathroom (not just all in one soap), hair dryer, at least some cups. Otherwise the hotel is good just for a short (1night) stay.

Overall nice place to stay because of the great location. It’s perfect for hiking.

Nice and clean place. Staff was really nice. Delicious food. Great location.

Room was too small. We requested a queen but we got two small beds next to each other which was not comfortable at all! There was no hair dryer, electric kettle, refrigerator or coffee machine in the room.

Not a good holiday destination for summers. It's too hot inside the rooms.

The place is good. It is located in a good location

The rooms does not have air conditioners. You'll swet in summers. The breakfast was too bad. You can skip breakfast from the hotel and eat out from Centrum.

Friendly receptionist

We arrived at 19.30, after cycling the entire day, we book this hotel because dot said it had a restaurant. Ye we were it allowed to eat in the restaurant even though there were plenty of empty tables . If restaurant bookings are needed for hotel guests (which is already quite annoying) this should be mentioned during booking process. They sent us to eat in the village, when alll restaurants were closed . Disappointing experience

location, breakfast, place for the bikes, tranquillity

I was called the day before saying that the third bed in our room was not a proper bed and that another room was not available. We got a discount on the rate but that made our stay pretty uncomfortable. Moreover, the big bed was a smaller size than a regular bed.

A little gem of a hotel

Set in a beautiful location, room was very spacious with a big bathroom. Requested a gluten free breakfast and was given very delicious bread rolls to go with it.

You can not park by the guest house, so you have to unload then go and park by the main hotel. My room was right by the entrance but thankfully everyone seemed to retire early so I was not bothered by a banging door right behind my bed

Breakfast quality was good

Allocated room 103 was small. Asking for a larger room was successful and we got 114 for the remainder of the booking
