Location to the airport, having the bus pick up and restaurant options
Pillows need replacing. I’d asked if I could have another pillow as I have a sore neck only to be told store room closed and cleaners cupboard is locked. My grandaughter slept on her toy while I bolstered my pillows with my jacket. Nothing in the pillows. Rm 118

The bus to the airport.
Rooms are dirty. And the place needs a make over and could be great again.
