Great staff and room was spacious for two guests. Good location in the CBD with a lot of shops/restaurants in walking distance. And no issues with city noise because of the location of hotel.
Natural lighting in the room was great, having stayed on the first floor.
There was little to no ventilation in the bathroom/toilet area. Even with aircon used in our room, it wasn't very helpful with ventilating the bathroom area

Good central location, walking distance to main shopping, cafes, restaurants and waterfront walks. Very friendly staff.
We didn't like our room as it faced the back of other buildings. No view and limited natural light. No opening windows. We wouldn't book here again and wouldn't recommend.
