Centrally located hotel, relatively quiet area, nice staff. Good breakfast.
Dirt between the window panes, standard rooms very standard (i.e. nothing special), dynamic pricing during big events makes the rooms totally overpriced, not possible to reserve a parking spot, no body lotion in the room.

Unnecessarily unintuitive toilet door design, no slippers, would expect a bit more design-forward rooms considering it’s Lapland Hotels.

Good breakfast! Nice location
Everything needs to be paid. No slippers in the room, and when I called the reception, they said we don’t provide slippers in the comfort room, only luxury room, otherwise you need to pay for 5 Euro per pair. Well, I don’t believe as Finland is a country talking about equality all the time while will charge the slippers based on the room, which is a basis service in other hotels I have stayed, especially with the price of 281 Euro per night, this is really not worth the money. And I asked about late checkout, yes, possible, 10 Euro per hour, fine, also the first time to hear as I have been traveling to so many countries and lived in so many hotels. The parking of course you also need to pay, this is not a surprise, but the parking lot is so narrow and the downstairs parking is almost impossible for a long car like mine to park in, it took me 20 mins to drive to the garage and drove out.
