Excellent location, 5 min from train station and Menuhin festival church. Clean & functional rooms, quiet after midnight when the talks in the outside sitting area stop.
Reception often unattended, no bell; need to find people in the Restaurant to get things going. Waiters in the breakfast room / restaurant very friendly, but a bit disorganized and slowish, Self service coffee machine on 1st floor, usually switched off, while coffee pads are in the rooms on other floors instead of next to it.

Nice comfy room. The location was absolutely perfect! 3 minute walk to the train station, restaurants and shops right there. Saanen is very small and walkable and this hotel puts you in the middle of everything. The hotel restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced for the area.
The view was spoiled by construction. I could see hills, but also construction stuff.
