Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut.
Die Hotelausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. Im Badezimmer roch es leider muffig. Das Frühstück entspricht keineswegs dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.

Hotel poco distante dal centro. Bella struttura, staff bravo e accogliente, la stanza grande e accogliente, letto comodo, TV, minibar nella stanza a pagamento, bagno con la vasca e doccia. La mia era la stanza 1010 al 10⁰ piano. Sauna, gym e la piscina, ristorante al 12⁰ piano. Supermarket al fianco della struttura. Tutto era fantastico, sicuramente ritornerò 😊

De ligging is ideaal. De ontvangst bij aankomst was zalig, als de dame aan de balie met brede glimlach u herkent van een vorige boeking. De man bij vertrek was nieuw ( nors en saai.) De kamer was up-grade met ligbad, zalig bij de koude avonden. Ruime kamer.
Het ontbijt is steeds iets waar ik naar uit kijk.Groot aanbod van diverse food. Dit keer was het aanbod ietsje minder. Waarschijnlijk was de bezetting v.d. kamers minder. Het was er rustiger. Waarschijnlijk heeft het één met het ander te maken. Denk dat nieuw personeel in keuken werkte, eens was gerechten reeds koud, en laatste dag was de menemen (gebakken ei en groenten-roer-gerecht) zeer zoutig. Wat we op ons bord scheppen word normaal altijd netjes opgegeten, dit keer jammer genoeg niet.

Everything! From the staff helping parking our vehicle to taking our lugagge to the room. The breakfast, the view from the room the rooftop restaurant was insane,a chef from the masterchef works there. The swimming pool, the rooftop view kf mount Ergei after a swim is special. The gym has all the equipment you can think of. There's even a hairdresser in the hotel! Bed was so amazing so comfortable and room so spacious

If you want to stay in Kayseri, that should be your first choice. Absolutely great, from reception to cleanliness and the staff in general. Breakfast was rich and the amenities were top notch. Thank you for the easy early check in and the automatic upgrade of my room to Executive King Room. The room was great and the look outside from the window was the best watch of the city. Definitely next time again.

Large room, exceptionally clean, nice staff, good location in the centre. Reasonable price for 5 stat hotel. Huge and comfy bed (once you lie down, you don't want to get up).
Air conditioning inside the room did not seem to work very well. Non smoking room still had cigarette smell in it. Possibly because the hotel is quite old.

We had an exceptional experience at Wyndham Grand Kayseri as a family of five with two rooms. Firstly, the location of the hotel is superb. Kayseri is not really a city with tourist attractions, however the vast majority of things to see are in and around the town square - on the edge of which the Wyndham is situated. Given the location and shape of the hotel, the views from the rooms are also stunning. Whether you get the Mt Erciyes view or not (one of our rooms did and the other didn't), the views of the city are great all around.
The hotel is also beautifully decorated albeit being somewhat antique. Decor is consistent across the hotel lobby and corridors, and the rooms are plush. Rooms are also very large and clean, much larger (and cleaner!) than expected after reading the various reviews. Room service is fantastic - cleaners would not skip any days and would do a thorough job. Furthermore, the staff are all exceptional from the reception to the cleaning and breakfast staff - all are polished and friendly. We almost felt like we were being fought over to be served which was wonderful! Breakfast also exceeded our expectations with a large selection of hot and cold options, including freshly made omelettes and pancakes made to your taste.
Overall, an exceptional experience but there are a few issues that we would love the hotel to take note of and resolve in order to take the experience to another level! We'll definitely be back!
There were a few things that proved slightly disappointing throughout the stay - chiefly the smells around the hotel. Given that there are some smoking floors, the hotel corridors unfortunately all smell of smoke, even on the non-smoking floors. The smell is rather pungent. Additionally, the bathrooms (as clean as they are) accumulate a kind of damp/drain smell upon a few hours of use after cleaning, and this smell is also quite unpleasant. However, I'm not sure what exactly they do during cleaning, but it does seem to fix the problem temporarily. However, just to reiterate, both the smoking and damp smell are due to the hotel being dirty at all. The hotel is very clean overall. Perhaps the smells lend to the fact that the hotel is old and antique - perhaps it's time for a refurbishment?
Possibly the most inconvenient experience about the stay was the faulty room key readers. The room keys would work no more than 2-3 times before requiring reprogramming, and over the 3-day stay, we must have had to have keys reprogrammed over 10 times. Though while extremely inconvenient, this isn't a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of. Finally, there is also loud, blaring music in evenings on the ground floor when you walk into the lobby. Thankfully this doesn't reach the rooms (at least not on the 6th floor where we were), but can be unpleasant when you are in the lobby.

Location and rooms are excellent. We were upgraded to suites. Staff are very friendly. Location perfect with the bazaar and mall a 7-10 min walk. Couldn't have asked for better. Taxis are significantly cheap in Kayseri in comparison to Istanbul

The rooms were a bit outdated and the rooftop restaurant was no longer open.

The Hotel is placed in the very center of Kayseri. So anything is quite near.
The central place with the Mosque can be a bit noisy. But the most noise came from the marketing for the election. Kayseri is not as loud as other big cities.
The rooms are very spacy and comfortable.
I did not expect that smoking could be an issue in a Hotel. The room smelled a bit due to former smoking. So choose a nonsmoking room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lady at the front desk was very polite and lovely. The beds are huge and comfortable.
The 3rd bed was the couch, would rather have had a real bed.

One of things we like, the location, the hotel located close to a historical building where we can find a stationary and library in a comfort feel building.
Moreover, an underground market where you can find many of your needs of garments.
The restaurant was full most of the time, the staff worked hard to keep all guests needs, but this made some disturbing.
