Wow! Where to start. I so glad I chose this hotel as a treat for the children. We loved every moment of our stay. The staff were very professional and helpful. The kids loved the swimming facilities, the breakfast delicious & head chef was very welcoming.

The only issue I experienced was that the juices with breakfast were placed in such a way as to encourage you to order paid drinks instead. I’ve never had such an experience at other top end hotels. Such a pitiful tactic at an otherwise amazing hotel.

The excellent service provided by the breakfast team, who were always friendly and attentive. The lifeguards were attentive and professional, and the bellboy was especially helpful. He noticed that we were having difficulty carrying our luggage during check-out and immediately offered assistance without being asked.

Upon arrival, we did not receive a warm welcome or any orientation of the property. We were unexpectedly asked to move to another building without being escorted or given clear directions, which made the arrival experience confusing and inconvenient. When we entered the room, my entire family immediately started sneezing due to what appeared to be excessive dust or an unpleasant smell in the room. This created a poor first impression and raised concerns about the room's cleanliness and air quality. The room was also not adequately stocked with amenities, and we had to request additional items. Unfortunately, our requests were never properly acknowledged or followed up on, which left us feeling overlooked throughout our stay. Although our in-room dining order arrived on time, the food was cold, which significantly affected the quality of the meal. The club sandwich, in particular, was disappointing and not enjoyable. We were also disappointed to find that the kids' club was closed, and no one informed us of this in advance, which impacted our plans for the stay. Overall, the team could be more attentive, proactive, and communicative. Better guest engagement, timely acknowledgment of requests, clearer communication, and greater attention to cleanliness and room readiness would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
