The room was very comfortable and clean , enough power points to recharge multi devices (no usb though)
Missing babble soup solution to use in spa. Also nice if they provide toothpaste and brush. In 5 ⭐️ hotel I expect to have it. No restaurant open on side (Sunday).Breakfast could be better - no healthy pastries 🥐 available.

The room was as far from the family pool as possible, and looked out on an area of cleared grassy land, with a border of bush. And it was within ear-shot of the waves on the beach. Perfect

The Pullman is marketed as a 5 star resort. Only the reception area really reflected that.
Firstly, the rooms. We were hugely disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of our room. The balcony had no view and wasn’t clean enough to be used anyway. For almost $500 per night, simply not acceptable. The pool and bar areas were dated and in need of some TLC.
