The hotel is very beautiful, with a great restaurant, a wellness spa, and very comfortable rooms.
The room did not have a fridge, which was not ideal in the warm temperatures. We did not get parking, so we struggled to find a place somewhere nearby without paying for the city center. The staff was ok, but we received info about the possible meal from one person and then completely different when we wanted to order. Similar confusion was around the wellness. I enjoyed the stay more last time with the wine tasting and almonds; it is a great hotel with good facilities, but the price suggests better service.

the location of the hotel. the spa area is really nice. breakfast was sufficient and the evening menu is fantastic with the reagional offerings both in terms of food and beverages.
the room in which we stayed was older. was very clean and well maintained but one can see that it's an older room which does't really match the nowadays standards and comfort of a four star hotel. still, it was a very positive stay and a great value for money.

Breakfast was good. Simple, small, but good, fair.
The hotel is not family friendly. We could not take our 1.5yrs daughter to the spa with us to enjoy the hot tub.
The room does not have tea nor a mini bar fridge available.
Pillows were not comfortable.
