Die Lage mit Blick auf den Fleesensee war wunderbar, die Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Wellnessangebot (Schwimmbad, Sauna, Fitness) hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen.
Wer Ruhe sucht, ist in diesem Hotel nicht unbedingt richtig. Die konkave Silhouette des Hotels wirkt wie ein Amphitheater: alle Geräusche, z.B. das laute Klappen der Insektenschutztüren oder die Gespräche der Gäste von der Terrasse/ der Raucherinsel, aber teilweise auch von den Balkons werden verstärkt und sind sehr laut wahrnehmbar. Gästegruppen, z.B. von Firmen, feierten in und vor der Bar bis nach Mitternacht. Auf die Bitte anderer Gäste um Ruhe wurde weder von den Gruppen noch vom Hotelpersonal reagiert.

The staff was accommodating to my mom's special needs. Everybody went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Especially the fried eggs!
