Campanile PRIME - Lyon Ouest Tassin

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bedding was excellent and everything was clean.

Location was good out of town, ideal as an overnight stop. There was a decent EV charger nearby too.

The room was fairly clean. The staff were accommodating to move us to a better room when we requested it. Our original room was on the first floor (it didn't feel safe since people could climb up on the roof into our window) and loud (right next to some large motorized unit), but we were able to be moved to the third floor facing an open view. That was a much nicer and more comfortable room. The original room was definitely not worth the price, but the second one was.

The location is quite out of the way. If you aren't driving, it's a hike using public transport. The hotel's information is misleading as to how easily accessible it is without a car. The buses were infrequent late in the day. We found the night security slow to respond, which left us standing in the street longer than expected at night. We also had the cleaning staff barge into our room in the morning without knocking.
