Perfect location for walking around Epernay. The room was fine, there is a lift which is a great help to get to the higher floors. The staff were super lovely!
The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected, we had an older room which was a bit grubby. Also the water in the shower didn't drain well.

The breakfast was really good and lots to choose from. The bathroom was lovely with good shower pressure and hot water.
The room was really old with masking tape on he walls and not one picture. It was more like a 2 Star backpackers type room. If you were more than the size of a child, you’d find it hard to sit on the toilet as it is so close to the wall.
