Super helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room with balcony and beautiful sea view. Free mini bar and refreshments in the lounge area were a lovely, welcome touch. Express breakfast was perfect.
Not sure Happy Hour works that well - felt that the staff were a little stressed looking after both the restaurant and terrace customers simultaneously.

Very clean and comfortable room. Superb breakfast with the option of sitting on the outside balcony with a view of the sea. Gated secure car parking available. Hotel very clean and looked newly decorated.
The 2 mile walk into the centre of Menton.

The location is good and the room well appointed. The bed is very comfy and great linen used.
The hotel does not serve drinks until 16:00.
The restaurant opens only in the evening.
This is not communicated until patrons ask. Laundry takes 3 working days. Also not communicated until you ask. For a 4 star hotel, more is expected.
There is a faint oder of sewerage on the ground floor.
The extractor of the bathroom does not work Room 008.
The street in front of the rooms is very busy.
