It was right outside the metro, with several restaurants and coffee shops around. The room seemed renovated and was clean. The mattress was super comfortable and the Aircon worked very well. It was ideal for my needs.
The staff was the typical Parisian service, so what can you do... I don't think I have anything negative to say about it otherwise, if you discount the city and neighbourhood. I would stay here again for a short stay or if you are on a budget, but perhaps not for an extended holiday.

Okay room and bathroom, AC was excellent and the hotel was calm and quiet + location is perfect (near the metro station)!
No breakfast possibility and the staff was a little unfriendly.
