Love where it was located and the decor is lovely - my room was great and spacious

I guess because it’s old you can hear outside your room or if someone is walking above you

We booked thru booking.com a superior room, it was amazing except no balcony view. Robe and slipper availability +1. Tub didn't have a curtain nor a full glass to avoid shower water being splashed out, advisable to have. over all great location, zero noise, 5 min walk from metro. thank u for having us. Front desk staff on Aug 18,19,20,21 morning Angie & Omar omg amazing kind individuals, the person who prepare breakfast room early morning dated 21st she was superb by offering croissant and pain au chocolat.

When we put note for housekeeper to make up our room, bed sheet was never changed, I know because it had a stain and when we came back the stain was still there, assurance of no sheet were changed, they should notice a dirty sheets to replace! No attention to detail! Individuals on 23 and 24, barely smiling, barely going above n beyond. the night shift guy was nice, day shift front desk needs training along with the breakfast prep individual, shift dated 23rd. We recommend not to book classic room as we booked directly by hotel its too small, washroom is -1 as the toilet seat position not great and tight space, however it was more expensive which's smaller!!!

The staff was amazing as well!

The staff were nice and friendly. And they gave us an early check in which I appreciated.

It’s very tired. I didn’t feel like it was very clean. The room was incredibly tiny and although the hotel has an elevator our room was on the 8th floor, and I had to carry my suitcase through the staircase..
