Location. Breakfast. Staff courteousness.
The fridge did not work properly, and never cooled enough even when set to the max coldness setting.
The burners in the kitchen did not get as hot as we are used to at home, and kept shutting off in the middle of cooking as if to maintain a fixed burner temperature.
There was no shampoo or conditioner provided in a hotel charging more than 200 Euros per night, just a bottle of hand soap on the sink and in the bath. No body lotion either - standard fare in even mid-level hotels in the US.
There were several wooden and metal sharp edges on the bed that could be dangerous for senior citizens navigating the room at night.
The bathtub access was unusually high.

The hotel rooms have their own mini kitchen
The rooms are very small, beds were not comfortable. There was a lot of litter around the outside of the hotel.
