Area was perfect for us, safe, lively and family friendly. Room was clean and bright, although a tiny bit small for my 2 adult size children and myself.
It was great value for money though. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice.
Thing that made it was the staff. Amazing lady called Fetta on reception who was really helpful and spoke fantastic English compared to my shoddy French! We will be back next time we visit my son at university, we will book more rooms next time though.
I think I would have liked a view onto the St and maybe a larger room, however it was good value for the money we paid.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely vibe
Room was very small but not a big issue as we were out most of the time.

Staff were lovely close to Gare de Lyon
Very small rooms but expected in Paris but of a walk to attractions but metro close by

Breakfast was okay maybe more needed
Very hot bedroom need a climatiseur one of the plug was not working
Kettle on the tray needed to moved next to a plug to be used.
Unpractical really
Very noisy when windows were opened workers outside
Window in the bathroom not really working better have a good vent to reduce the heat
