The toilet didn’t work well and ran all night, the spa was chargeable per visit although this was not clearly advertised, coffee machine was broken, hot tub was broken, outdoor pool was full of flies with rubbish piled up in the corner
, car parking was expensive, the first room we were offered was tiny and the view was poor
