It’s near Effil tower and near a supermarket it is spacious
No house keeping except if u pay its not that clean breakfast was okay it wasn’t very rich

The view of the Eiffel Tower was pretty good. The apartment was clean and great as well.
The apartment could've been bigger since it looked bigger in the pictures that were shown on Booking.com. I personally did not like the size but since the staff was accommodating enough to provide us a 4 hour early check in, we were okay with all that, no major complaints.

The location is very good. You can use the Metro to visit most of the places and you do not spend too much time on transportation. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Tour Eiffel. But you get to places with nice views to it much faster.(5-7 minutes)
The breakfast is ok. Not too many varieties, but the food is of good quality. I would have liked some vegetables. At this time of year you can find good tomatoes , cucumbers or peppers.
The beds are comfortable.
I like that you can buy a bottle of water from the reception.
The building is very tall, but It has sufficient elevators.
I checked in online saying we'll be coming with two kids. I would have expected the sofa to be made when I arrived. You have all the necessary things in the room to make it yourself, but you have to figure out how to open the couch and search for the sheeting. Not that of big issue, but when you're traveling with kids and arrive late, you don't need this hassle.
I wasn't able to stop the AC from the controller on the wall. I had to find other ways. I travelled in September, so there was no need of AC.
The bathroom had drainage issues.
There was a little bit of black mold in the bathroom. Not much to cause problems, but it was there to see.
The fridge was completely empty. A bottle of water would have been nice.
Even though it is close to Tour Eiffel, I had no views to it. You have to pay extra for that. (this is more informative than something to fix)
Don't get me wrong. The Aparthotel is good. I would choose it again in lack of better options. The things that I write above are small things that can be improved very fast.

Its good for a long stay
The lifts were always broken. Very hot . air conditioning could not chil enough. Beds not very confortable. Personal not very nice.
