It is a plus that they have an elevator and that our room came with a bathtube and a terrace. Also, that they had specific spaces for guests that arrive earlier, so they can refresh and get ready.

An excellent stay in a superb room (6/66) with brilliant shower. Lift was very small but worked very well. Breakfast was superb: filling, varied, fresh and delicious every day. Free coffee from 12noon to midnight was a particularly lovely touch, and very well-received! A very clean, warm smart hotel in an excellent location - I would thoroughly recommend.
Lift was small if you are claustrophobic!!

it was clean, the cleaning staff do an excellent job
The staff are not very friendly, the breakfast room staff are cold like police not hosts , The breakfast is unattactive never varies and never fresh and the same every day. no fruit but I saw a tomato and a cucmber one day but never again. The coffee machine sweetens the cappucino. yuck. At check in if your room is not ready,no matter what age or infirmity the staff instruct seniors and disabled to somehow find their way in to the basement, lock up their luggage and return the key. Very unhelpful and unobservant. This hotel could be better but there is no evidence they care.
