The location was close to the highway which was important for us. The breakfast was very good.

Very good

It is located in a nice place in Montpellier and there are a couple of large supermarkets close to it, almost 20 minutes walk to city centre. Our room had a kitchenette and we could easily cook.

The checking in member of staff was really helpful.

No curtain or blind in the room, just a security shutter. The air conditioning whined, so we couldn't use it because of the noise

I would stay there again

Free parking around. We didn't have to pay but paid parking is not so bad. The location is ok. Not central but there is a bus station right around the corner to get you into the city. 1.60 per trip. There is also an app for that

Room was smaller than we expected. So much heat emanating from the bulb in the bathroom. Would be great if they would swap it for some power saving bulbs.

We liked the second room that we had in Ovalie 2.

We didn't like the fact of beeing in the room 128 which was noisy and without air conditioning ( was there but out of work). Its bed wasn't comfortable. The sofa and chairs were old with lot of wear traces. After 2 nights there, we exposed this issue to the reception and they offres us tow fans. Fortunately, "Stanley" a professional receptionist saved the situation and proposed us the room 309 in "ovalie 2" ( a hotel dependency 100 m next to the first one) and there, we had a verry confortable room and AC was working. Remark: The reception manager, a Latin lady, was not welcoming at all, especially after I asked her for an invoice when I paid the 10 night fee (+/- 1300€) at the entrance. She told me that no bill could be issued even though I had just paid!!! Her employee printed it out for me within 30 seconds, I don't think she knows how to use the software provided.

Superb

The apartment was very clean, spacious, it had a mini kitchenette which is always useful, a big bathtub (although you couldn't fill it up) and the toilet was separate. There is an elevator which makes it easy to go up to your room. There is also a laundry space, and the people at the reception were nice.

The location is a bit out of the city, so you should be careful to check the bus or tram times because you can't stay out very late. Of course you can walk for about half an hour from the city center, but I did not personally want to do that. You have to pay extra for the laundry. The breakfast is very expensive, especially considering the room price, I believe it should have been included.

may not stay in that location but the chain is excellent value.

clean, comfortable, and well stocked. had to take a taxi to get to the hotel 18 euros when the bus stopped almost onto the property for a euro. got a wake up call and the bistro was a real find as there are not many places to eat in the area aside from Mcdonald's the 11 euro dinner special was an excellent value. The toilet seat was broken and they repaired it right away. 24 hr desk service.

the web site could give directions on how to get there using the bus #6 in the Pas de Loup direction (25 min ride). You can no longer buy tickets on the bus have to buy them at the machines on the tram lines. The breakfast was 11 euro so that made the lunch/dinner menu very reasonable for the same price. No Kleenex

The premise location was functional for my meeting in the area

Reception eager to process the payment before you have settled in Inventory of the rooms should be done regularly there were no plugs in the room for the kitchen sink, the bath and basin in the bathroom.

Beautiful

The staff at the hotel is very accommodating, we were able to park our car at the property well ahead of check-in time. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and came with many options.

Chrome cast on the TV was not working, kitchenette lacked cutting board.
