Great staycation!😀

The room was clean, staff were attentive and friendly, they even gave complimentary popcorn to us upon check in!👍😀

Incomplete toiletries like shaving cream and lotion or moisturiser.

地下鉄D出口を出てすぐの立地で、スーパーマーケットもすぐで大変便利！

３日間の滞在中、お部屋クリーニングの後のマグカップが酷く汚れていた日が１日あった。このよなことが一度でもあると、全てにおいて信頼をなくしてしまう。

My wife like the peace and convient of the location. We will sure be back again on our next trip.

The location, less than a minute walk from Yau Ma Tei Station Exit D. Very convient. Room is clean, provide with all the daily essentials.

I had booked a Deluxe room and Deluxe Quad room during my stay I am staying in the Deluxe Room 1024. The toilet bowl flushing system is not that good, need to flush at least 4 times to flush out just 1 toilet paper. The Quad is good for family of 4. However, there is only 1 restroom in this Deluxe Quad. Need to take time for everyone to bath or go toilet. Good if can at least separate the Bath and toilet, so that at least at 1 time 2 person can be in to cut down the waiting time. Will booked 2 connecting Deluxe room instead on Deluxe Quad for our next visit.

Best Location. Friendly and Helpful Staff.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean. The best location. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. And also thanks to the concierge staff who helped us to book a taxi.

That's only one minor issue. We do not like bathtubs. Wonder if there is a room with a standing shower?

Overall, a good stay at Cityview. Will consider staying here again.

Amazing location, near Yau Ma Tei MTR station and bus stops. Restaurants, convenience stores, and even shops for toy collectibles also very near the hotel. Check-in was fast and easy. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception before and after check in. The room was good, size was bigger than my previous hotel experiences in Hong Kong. Water pressure in the shower was amazing also. We requested for extra bed which they were able to set up for us. Buffet breakfast was good as well. I loved the pancake machine!

For the room- no bidet in the toilet, I hope they install soon and as this is my biggest negative for the hotel. In-room amenities- no laundry bag. Breakfast- not much variety. We ate for 3 days straight and food was the same every day. No rice available also.

Very close to MTR, Restaurants and Shopping

The property was really near to the MTR station and the bus stops. If you go to and from the airport there is a direct bus stop that is around 3 minutes walk to the hotel. This is the Yua Ma Tei exit of Tsuen Wan line which is we think is the busiest line of all? Always a full train. What we also like is that the hotel is near convenience store, restaurants and shopping centres. You can just actually walk to the Mongkok station which has the ladies night market, sneaker street and etc. It's also a 2 stops away from TST. For the room itself, they always clean it every day and give us new towels and a bottle of water. The room is big too compare to other hotels/airbnb. Overall we will still be staying here when visiting Hong Kong again and we definitely recommend.

Exceptional

Clean, quiet and very comfortable hotel. Reception people are very helpful and smile all the time. The room is big with large bed, shower with hot water and strong pressure. The rooms also have a fridge, chair, desk and all cosmetics- refill and change daily. There is option for food buffet - breakfast around £12 and is excellent. We didn't try lunch or dinner.

WiFi was little poor on 23th floor.

Comfortable place to stay in a lively area (Nathan Street). Close to subway and shops.

Staff were very helpful and responsive to any requests. Even though we were close to a busy street we did not have any issues with noise at night.

Would have been better to have a separate small bathroom (1 bathroom for 4 people).

Value for money

Convenience location with many shops nearby. The room is neat and clean. Staffs are friendly. Overall it is a good hotel for a short stay.

Small but tidy. Great transportation and nice local restaurants nearby.

The checkin process took about 30 mins. The desk employees were amature and I could not get instant help even though some of them were just standing by. But doormen and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly.

Rooms were compact, with no adequate mirror (only one over the bathroom sink). Decaff coffee sachets in the room would have been appreciated

mostly pluses, the nearby fire station and school take away from the score I could have given.

great location - not far from the MTR station. cleaning is great, staff is great.

location - you can’t look at the street numbers on the street sign to find this. it’s near a school, fire station and hospital. the room is a little small.

16 th floor room was too small for couple. Next time we'll request larger room.

Not enough space in the room. We precisely make reservation for 2. They allocated us a small room.

the overall experience is good and the weather becomes warm later.

The room is of reasonable size. The location is convenient to travel around.

it’s pretty cold in the first two nights of stay and the maintenance staff can’t do anything about it. the room temp is 18 deg C compared with 15 deg C outside. The solution is they give me a heater. it’s pretty strange practice in a developed city.

Pleasant

Well located hotel in Yau Ma Tei ( same building as YMCA!). Comfortable. Our stay was made somehow uneasy by the health restrictions then.so we spent more time in the room ( that couldn't be cleaned...).

Some of the staff were a bit too strict, sometimes.
