The hotel staff where professional and courteous, the level of service was professional, location to MTR and bus transportation was perfect 👌, will definitely stay again.

We had 5 wonderful days at this hotel. Our room was big and comfortable. The quality of the mattress was excellent to get a good night's sleep after a full day out exploring the city. Buffet breakfast was delicious with many food choices and a variety of bread, eggs, meat, salads, yoghurts, fruit, western and asian food daily. Whenever again in Hong Kong we will definitely make Cityview Hotel our first choice. This hotel is also very central for walking or public transport.

very good location
refrigerator was not working so we cannot store cold water or drinks. WIFI connection was slow in our room.

Location is very good, especially to those who wanted to have a local experience. Close to public transport and local shopping.
The bed was hard although the room is spacious. We got mosquitoe bites, especially my kids.
