The location was very nice - in the middle of Mong Kok so it's convenient and close enough to metro station, while the exact location is on a rather quiet corner. I stayed alone in a queen's bed room which was a bit small but compact and came with everything I needed. The staff was always present and helpful. There was machine for drink water, coffee and tea at the lobby too.
The soundproof of the room was not the best. I could hear the kids and parents next door crying and shouting day and night. The entrance door to the building was a narrow push/pull double door and i found it not very easy to get in and out with my two suitcases.

It was good they had a free coffee machine at reception, but two mornings I went down , there were no mugs for your coffee ! And all reception said was , oh the coffee cups come with housekeeping at 9 o'clock ! Not much use if you want a coffee before 9 o'clock !
