Staff were very nice and hotel was perfect as a solo female traveller. Also I was given a free upgrade upon arrival which made my stay even better.
Nothing it was great. 10 minute walk from underground stations and good bus links.

Breakfast wasn't included, but there was a microwave which worked fine. Nice to be upgraded to a larger suite, thanks for that. Location was so close to Kowloon shops and markets so it was great to be close to those and to the subway station. Staff were very nice and helpful.
The wifi has some serious firewalls built in and I couldn't access a lot of my normal websites for things like athletics competitions and sightseeing sites.
There was very little choice of programs on the TVs in the suite, and only one had any english speaking programs.

It's like 25 mins (+) the heat walk to the Mong Kok station
